The Government is tight lipped over the sovereignty issue of Justice and violent crimes committed by heavily armed US occupation forces - my bet is they will face US military justice and will never see the inside of an Australian court for the crimes they commit against us. And that is not good enough - why is the Government putting the Australian people second?

The US military has tried to cover up attacks on its own women:
Former US troops sue for sexual abuse Former US service members have filed a lawsuit against the government, claiming to have been sexually abused while on duty. The US government is facing a lawsuit filed by former service members claiming to have been sexually abused while on military duty. The lawsuit was filed by 28 former troops, who say they were sexually assaulted or harassed, The Navy Times reported. The lawsuit claims that former defense secretaries Robert Gates and Donald Rumsfeld violated the service members' constitutional rights by running ill-advised institutions. According to the claims, the institutions failed to protect military personnel from sexual harassment and assault, often promoting perpetrators while even openly retaliating against the victims “ordered to keep quiet”. The institutions are also accused of mocking congressionally mandated reforms. “If you look at just the last 10 years, there have been numerous instances of rapes and sexual assaults and they have been poorly handled,” Washington D.C. attorney for the plaintiffs, Susan Burke said. Burke added that the “retaliation is widespread; there are efforts to blame the victim. Many of the victims are drummed out of military service.” Leading plaintiff Kori Cioca, a former member of the Coast Guard from 2005 to 2007 says she was raped in 2005 by a superior, while Naval Aircrewman (Avionics) 3rd Class Katelyn Boatman, currently on active duty, says she was drugged and raped in 2010. Former Coast Guard officer Panayiota Bertzikis also claims to have been raped in 2006 by a shipmate. Most of the victims have been accused of being “liars”. Earlier this year, the Pentagon ignored complaints by a group of female veterans over rape and sexual harassment by fellow active duty service members. Last year, over 50,000 American male soldiers were also positively screened as victims of a 'military sexual trauma,' outnumbering 30,000 such cases eight years ago. Pentagon statistics also indicated that 56 percent of reports of sexual assault involved solider-on-soldier allegations According to the Feres Doctrine adopted by the Supreme Court in 1950, current and former service members are barred from suing the government for damages for sustaining personal injuries while on duty. The US Department of Defense did not consider soldier-on-soldier sexual harassment as an offense until 1992 and only acknowledged female victims. http://www.presstv.com/detail/212481.html |

The Australian military also tries to keep allegations of sexual abuse 'in the house'.
No Australian Prime Minister is going to remind the US military that rape is a crime. But, no doubt, if the US military can negotiate with the complainant and local police to deal with the matter internally via military justice, as opposed to exposing its mission to the attention grabbing headlines of a public Australian trial, they will do it. |

Soldier charged with rape, placed in South Korean custody
December 13, 2011 South Korean police charged a U.S. soldier Tuesday with rape and larceny for allegedly attacking a 17-year-old South Korean girl in her residence on Sept. 17, following a night of drinking in Seoul. Pvt. Kevin Robinson, 21, who is stationed at U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan, was transferred to South Korean custody upon his arrest, according to a member of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office... According to South Korean police, Robinson was introduced to the girl by a friend while they were drinking on the night of Sept. 16 in the popular entertainment district of Hongdae. Around 4:15 a.m on Sept. 17, he accompanied the girl to her goshitel, or dormitory-style boarding house. He left, but returned around 5:45 a.m, at which time the police say he raped her when she was too drunk to resist and stole her laptop worth 1 million won, or approximately $887, police said. Robinson has claimed he and the girl had consensual sexual relations, but not intercourse, police said. However, physical evidence recovered at the scene confirmed that she had intercourse, police said. In addition, they said, closed-circuit television footage showed Robinson leaving her residence with a laptop. A prosecutor with the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office said the girl was a virgin and was therefore unlikely to have agreed to sex. In South Korea, premarital sex remains largely taboo. Robinson’s alleged rape came to public attention as another soldier was being prosecuted in another high-profile rape case. Pvt. Kevin Lee Flippin was convicted and sentenced last month to 10 years in prison for brutally raping a 17-year-old South Korean girl. The cases prompted outrage in South Korea about U.S. military crimes, and renewed calls from some politicians and activists to revise the status of forces agreement between the two countries. U.S. and South Korean officials met last month to discuss the SOFA, which sets legal procedures for servicemembers accused of crimes, and agreed to continue studying the contentious issues of criminal jurisdiction and custody procedures. The U.S. has such agreements with all countries where U.S. troops are stationed. Following the two incidents, U.S. Forces Korea commander Gen. James Thurman enacted a curfew that will remain in place through Jan. 6. http://www.stripes.com/news/pacific/korea/soldier-charged-with-rape-placed-in-south-korean-custody-1.163339 |

Here is one that didn't escape justice:
EDDIE LEONSKI: MELBOURNE'S "BROWNOUT STRANGLER" DURING WW2 40 year old Ivy Violet McLeod, was found strangled in Victoria Avenue, Albert Park in Melbourne on 3 May 1942. She was partly naked and had been badly beaten by her attacker. An American soldier had been seen in the area just before her body was discovered. Robbery did not appear to be the motive for the crime as her purse still contained about one Pound's worth of small change. 31 year old Pauline Thompson was the next victim on 9 May 1942. She had told her husband, a policemean in Bendigo, that was going to a dance at the Music Lover's club with a number of her girlfriends and a very young American, Private Justin Jones. She had planned to meet Private Jones at the American Hospitality Club before the dance at 7pm. Private Jones was 30 minutes late. Pauline gave up waiting for Jones and she was later seen with a soldier at the Astoria Hotel. They were seen leaving the hotel just before midnight. It was a dark, rainy miserable night. Pauline's body was found at about 4am on the steps of Morningside House in Spring Street. She had been badly strangled and her clothing was torn. 40 year old Gladys Hosking was the next victim of the "Brownout Strangler" on 18 May 1942. Gladys and her friend Dorothy Pettigrew left the Melbourne University that dark, wet night. They said goodbye to each other. She was apparently later seen sharing an umbrella with an American serviceman. A short time later, Private Noel Seymour, an Australian soldier, saw an American soldier covered in mud. Private Seymour was guarding some Army vehicles positioned just outside of Camp Pell. The American asked Seymour how to catch a tram to Camp Pell. Seymour asked him where he had been and the American soldier replied that he had fallen in some mud coming through the park and indicated that he lived in Area One in Camp Pell in the street near the zoo. A few hours later Gladys Hosking's body was found in a slit trench near Camp Pell. Several other women now came forward to state that they had been attacked by an American serviceman, but had managed to escape. In one of these incidents the attacker had entered a women's flat. A person outside in the hallway distracted the attacker and the woman screamed. The attacker left in a hurry leaving behind a GI singlet with the initials EJL on it. In another case the attacker had tried to force a woman into her house but was confronted by the woman's uncle who chased the attacker away. The 15,000 servicemen at Camp Pell were lined up by the Melbourne police so that witnesses could try to identify the murderer. 24 year old Edward Joseph Leonski of the 52nd Signal Battalion was eventually identified by the uncle of one of Leonski's victims who had managed to escape his attack. Leonski was then also identified by Private Seymour who had seen him covered in mud near Camp Pell on the night of the third murder. Leonski eventually confessed to the crimes. Eddie Leonski was apparently a happy go lucky sort of fellow who would often be seen walking on his hands in a hotel bar after he had become intoxicated. This was apparently nearly every night. During his general court-martial he was cheerful, always grinning and joking during the proceedings. He was often seen taking notes during his trial. Leonski's mother was an unstable person and his father was an alcoholic. Leonski was Court Marshalled by an American military court in a hall in Russell Street, Melbourne. He was sentenced to death by hanging. General Douglas MacArthur confirmed the sentence on 4 November 1942. Leonski was hung at Pentridge Prison on 9 November 1942. http://www.ozatwar.com/ozatwar/eddieleonski.htm |

Falah,
You are such a perverse individual with what appears to be obscene preponderance for wanting to post items regarding rape. It is suggested by some that Mohammed was raped by a Jew as a child, hence his vehement bilious bile regarding Judaism. What is your excuse for such extreme hatred of all things non-Muslim. Were you disliked by your parents, neglected, ostracised, forced to see a physiatrist against your will in early life, or as a juvenile were you molested? I intend to desensitize you of your disgusting sexual preference by posting more stories on rape in the hope that one day it will cure you of your deviant and abhorrent fixation, but then again it might not according to this Wikiislam titbit wikiislam.net/wiki/Muslim_Statistics_(Pornography) By Nick Britten 6:30AM GMT 25 Nov 2010 At home, Abid Saddique and Mohammed Liaqat, both of whom were married with young children, were considered clean, upstanding family men as well as devout Muslims. The 28-year-olds were at the head of a 13-strong gang who would film the assaults on their mobile telephones. For over 18 months, dressed “sharply” in designer western clothes, wearing jewellery and sporting short haircuts, the pair cruised the streets of Derby in a silver BMW 5 series with blacked-out windows, approaching girls at random and with a bottle of vodka and plastic cups hidden under the front seats. At the opening of the first trial, held at Nottingham Crown Court, prosecutor Yvonne Coen QC said: "They preyed on young girls who were vulnerable, either because of their age and because of their own personal circumstances. "They exploited these girls either for their own sexual satisfaction or for their friends. "The girls involved in the case were young and however cool and grown-up they may have wanted to be or intended to appear, in fact they were naive and impressionable. "The reason for the main defendants' relentless pursuit of the girls in this way was quite simple. They wanted sex, whether the girls wanted sex or not." In one incident, Saddique, who was convicted of 14 of the 29 charges he faced, was accused of engaging in sexual activity with a 12-year-old in Derby’s picturesque Darley Park, while his accomplice Liaqat, who was convicted of 10 crimes of the 18 charges he faced, had sex with a 14-year-old in the BMW. Another time, a 14-year-old girl was filmed having sex with three of the gang in a hotel room as cheers ring out. The group faced 75 charges between them relating to twenty six girls, but police believe there are many more victims who have not come forward. Yesterday, Saddique and Liaqat - who since legal proceedings have begun had grown long beards and now wear Islamic dress - were convicted of charges of sexual assault and sexual activity with a child, bringing the trials to a close. This year they had already been convicted of a series of other offences including rape, sexual assault, sexual activity with a child, false imprisonment and making child pornography. They will be sentenced for all their crimes in January. Police believe the organised campaign would have carried on a lot longer had it not been for a chance arrest on December 30th 2008. Derbyshire police had already heard rumours of a paedophile gang operating in the city when Staffordshire police stopped a car in Burton-upon-Trent, carrying three men – including Saddique and Liaqat - and two girls, on suspicion of shoplifting. The girls were driven back to Derby, and tipped officers off about what was going on. Detectives began digging deeper and surveillance was set up, and undercover officers began tailing the BMW around Derby and gathering evidence and keeping watch on Liaqat and Siddique, who was wearing an electronic tag at the time having been convicted of an assault on a woman. The men were arrested in April and layer by layer officers unravelled an appalling campaign of systematic grooming and abuse, the scale of which had never been seen in the city. It was allowed to go on for so long because the girls were too ashamed to tell their parents or did not so out of a misguided sense of loyalty towards their abusers. Det Insp Shaun Dawson, of Derbyshire police, said: “This case was simply about sexual gratification. “They used classic grooming techniques. They had a car, alcohol, drugs. They befriended the girls, who thought these men were their boyfriends so willingly went along with them. “They would pick them up, arrange further meetings or invite them to parties. When the girls were abused and refused to have anything more to do with them, they simply moved on to other victims. “Some of the girls introduced them to other school friends which is how the cycle of abuse spread. “They were very confident in their approaches. They clearly thought of themselves as attractive young men, they had a car, they had some money and they would be quite aggressive when they would start their charm offensive. “Once they had mobile numbers for the girls then the grooming process would intensify.” “When we arrested them, we had no idea of the scale of this. Once we had them locked up other victims spoke out and it snowballed from there.” The gang live all over Derby and police believe they met through a common liking for young girls. They would use hotels, cars, public parks and even their victims’ homes to carry out the rapes and sex crimes. Others in the gang are Mohamed Rehman, 26, who received seven and a half years for rape. Akshay Kumar, 38 jailed for two years and 10 months for being involved with child pornography. Graham Blackham, a one-time Avon salesman, a convicted sex offender and the only non-Asian defendant, got three years for two breaches of Sexual Offender Prevention Order which banned him from contact with under 18s. Farooq Ahmed, 28, was sentenced to 18 months for witness intimidation, as was Naweed Liaqat, 33, Liaqat’s brother. Faisal Mehmood, 24, pleaded guilty to sexual activity with a child under the age of 16, and got three years and a deportation order returning him to Pakistan. Ziafat Rafin, 31, received three years for supplying drugs. telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/8157739/Asian-gang-prowled-streets-searching-for-rape-victims.html |

Prophet Muhammed was very kind to Jews. Many Jews converted to Islam during his time. A companion of Prophet Muhammed, Anas, observed that: "A young man from among the Jews used to serve the Messenger of God (peace and blessings of God be upon him). The boy became sick, and the Prophet came to visit him when he was on his death-bed. He called him to Islam, and the boy looked at his father, who was standing by his head. His father said, “Listen to the father of Qasim.” [Qasim was the son of the Prophet]. So the boy became Muslim, then he died. The Prophet of God came away from him saying, “Praise be to God Who has saved him from the Hell-Fire.”" ( Ahmad, 12896; also narrated in Saheeh al-Bukhaari, 1268). Anas also narrated how one of the Jewish rabbis of Madina converted to Islam: "When Abdullah bin Shalom heard the arrival of the Prophet at Medina, he came to him and said, "I am going to ask you about three things which nobody knows except a prophet: What is the first portent of the Hour? What will be the first meal taken by the people of Paradise? Why does a child resemble its father, and why does it resemble its maternal uncle" The Prophet of God said, "Gabriel has just now told me of their answers." Abdullah said, "He (Gabriel), from amongst all the angels, is the enemy of the Jews." God's Prophet said, "The first portent of the Hour will be a fire that will bring together the people from the east to the west; the first meal of the people of Paradise will be the caudate lobe of fish-liver. As for the resemblance of the child to its parents: If a man has sexual intercourse with his wife and, and what is discharged from his body (sperm) overpowers what comes from the woman's body (eggs) then the child will resemble him, and if what comes from the woman (eggs) overpowers then the child resembles her." [there was great superstition about the matter at the time in regards to what made a child resemble which parent. On that Abdullah bin Shalom said, "I testify that you are the Prophet of God." Abdullah bin Shalom further said, "O God's Prophet! The Jews are liars, and if they should come to know about my conversion to Islam before you ask them (about me), they would tell a lie about me." The Jews came to God's Prophet and Abdullah went inside the house. God's Prophet asked (the Jews), "What kind of man is Abdullah bin Shalom amongst you?" They replied, "He is the most learned person amongst us, and the best amongst us, and the son of the best amongst us." God's Prophet said, "What do you think if he embraces Islam (will you do as he does)?" The Jews said, "May God save him from it." Then Abdullah bin Shalom came out in front of them saying, "I testify that None has the right to be worshipped but God and that Muhammad is the Apostle of God." Thereupon they said, "He is the evilest among us, and the son of the evilest amongst us," and continued talking badly of him. (Bukhari) Abdullah bin Shalom was was highly respected amongst the Muslims as were many other Jewish converts to Islam. Many Islamic scholars have included the speeches of Jewish converts to islam in their books. Prophet Muhammed married a Jewish princess named Sophia. When the prophet's other wives jealously taunted Sophia about her Jewish heritage he equipped her with the following logic: “Sophia, take courage and be bold. They are in no way superior to you. Tell them: "I am a daughter of the Prophet Aaron, a niece of the Prophet Moses, and a wife of the Prophet Muhammad”. This is thus an excellent example of the Prophet Muhammad trying to wipe out pre-Islamic anti-Semitism amongst the Arabs. This woman from a Jewish family, Sophia, is honoured by Muslims with the title "Mother of the Believers". Adamant wrote on Dec 18th, 2011 at 10:09am:
My feelings to non-muslim are good. I wish them good, and the best thing for them is to save them from the hellfire by helping them accept the monotheism of Islam. Quite the opposite of what you suggest. my parents were very loving towards me, and provided me with everything I ever needed (apart from monotheistic spiritual guidance). We continue to have a good relationship to this day. In fact, my relationship with my parents has only gotten better since I became a Muslim. |

Rape is forbidden in Islam. The punishment for rape is punishable by one or more of the following methods depending on the circumstances that the crime was committed:
*Execution by beheading *Execution by stoning *Crucifixion *Amputation of a hand and a leg *Flogging *Exile Fatwa On Rape By Saudi Scholar Sheikh Muhammed Salih al-Muanajjid: This is an abhorrent crime that is forbidden in all religions and in the minds of all wise people and those who are possessed of sound human nature. All earthly systems and laws regard this action as abhorrent and impose the strictest penalties on it, except a few states which waive the punishment if the rapist marries his victim! This is indicative of a distorted mind let alone a lack of religious commitment on the part of those who challenge God in making laws. We do not know of any love or compassion that could exist between the aggressor and his victim, especially since the pain of rape cannot be erased with the passage of time – as it is said. Hence many victims of rape have attempted to commit suicide and many of them have succeeded, The failure of these marriages is proven and they are accompanied by nothing but humiliation and suffering for the woman. Islam has a clear stance which states that this repugnant action is forbidden and imposes a deterrent punishment on the one who commits it. Islam closes the door to the criminal who wants to commit this crime. Western studies have shown that most rapists are already criminals who commit their crimes under the influence of alcohol and drugs, and they take advantage of the fact that their victims are walking alone in isolated places, or staying in the house alone.... ...Islam encourages young men and women to marry early, and many other rulings which close the door to rape. Hence it comes as no surprise when we hear or read that most of these crimes occur in permissive societies which are looked up to by some Muslims as examples of civilization and refinement! In America – for example – International Amnesty stated in a 2004 report entitled “Stop Violence Against Women” that every 90 seconds a woman was raped during that year. What kind of life are these people living? What refinement and civilization do they want the Muslim women to take part in? The punishment for rape in Islam is same as the punishment for illegal sexual intercourse , which is stoning if the perpetrator is married, and one hundred lashes and banishment for one year if he is not married. Some scholars also say that he is required to pay a dowry to the woman. Imam Maalik (may God have mercy on him) said: Quote:
Shaykh Salman al-Baji (may God have mercy on him) said: Quote:
Ibn ‘Abd al-Barr said: Quote:
Secondly: The rapist is subject to the hadd punishment for zina, even if the rape was not carried out at knife-point or gun-point. If the use of a weapon was threatened, then he is a muhaarib, and is to be subjected to the prescribed punishment described in the verse in which God says (interpretation of the meaning): “The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off from opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter” [al-Maaidah 5:33] So the judge has the choice of the four punishments mentioned in this verse, and may choose whichever he thinks is most suitable to attain the objective, which is to spread peace and security in society, and ward off evildoers and aggressors... |
