The current system cannot be fixed it is f@c%ed. Sometimes you need to replace it not just sing more nationalist crap songs about "tie it up with wire". That was the Howard way, sell it off and watch it sink to sh1t, hey then blame labor. NBN is obviously necessary for Australia. It's the most correct decision of ALP.

The only issue is will they upgrade the connections to the other parts of the world?
