I've seen it run with my own eyes.
The engine runs like a Steam engine, but he uses the heat factor via Solar Panels (one's he made himself ;) that work better than the crap sold to the general public for a fortune). He's rigged it to ratio a better output so the engine can operate a car to do 85kmphr for 400km max. He says its in early stages and wishes to protect his privacy - but I couldn't help but let 'something' slip. ;) :)

So, is it stream powered, out is it a solar powered hydrogen engine?
