You are in the booth and its now time to vote ... what is your decision right now.
(of course you can change views before election, yet what is your decision now) _/_/_/ Me : Greens, preferencing Liberals Both old parties are shockers ... yet voting for the incumbent is saying keep on lying and stuffing up. Give the other boofhead team a go ... if they stuff up, we chuck them out in 2013. |

Title: Re: Election Time Post by vegitamite on Aug 6th, 2010 at 12:40pm Me : Greens, preferencing Labor. Actually I am quite stunned that you Greens would preference the Liberals. The Liberals stand nearly opposite to the greens on most policies ... |

I will vote for Australian Greens, with preferences to Labor. Liberals say workchoices is dead and buried, but how can it be?. After all Tony Abbott said he would still bring back work contracts, including scrapping unfair dismissal laws. (Sorry Tony, that means workchoices is not dead).

I will vote GREENS and preference Labor.
The Liberals will never get my vote while under the control of the extreme far right neo cons, the total opposite to the GREENS. |

I will vote greens, preferencing Labor in my blue ribbon liberal seat.
The greens are the ones who explicitly espouse things I believe are important - the right to die, green power, better transport options. The ending of the failed war on drugs. Some of their ideas are too wacky, and they won't ever help form a government, and Is till think what they did to the ETS was appalling, but they are a better option than the other two. |

_/_/_/ I just think for the long term benefit of the country, throw out the incumbent, if they are not performing ... sooner or later both old parties will get the message ... stop lying and stop treating the voters as fools. Also by voting Greens we have insurance against the extremes of either old party. |

===================== That is why I HOPE if Abbott does sadly become P.M. that he is scrutinized as much as both Rudd and Gillard were or are by the media and the people. Thing is he will never do large infrastructure projects. And plays on a lower expectation level. He KNOWS people like minimal change. He doesnt' LEAD he is like Howard , managers. |

Title: Re: Election Time Post by vegitamite on Aug 6th, 2010 at 3:54pm I would also like to make a point.. I am voting Greens But sadly with a feeling of bitterness towards them of late. A few policies and issues I was dissaopinted in there way of handling them . But they are still far more trustworthy. |
