Factional warlord Bill Shorten takes a swipe at Tony Abbott during  parliament when he intentionally pesters Tony about disability access to cinemas so as to spark an exacerbated response to get Joolya a little limelight.

Mind you, it was this Bill Shorten who had three years to bring this up as Secretary for Disabilities and Children's Services before now.  
Just how bad must things be when you have to attack the opposition leader and grovel for your grub like a pig in mud, just to get a little positive press.
