Title: new board
Post by freediver on Apr 30th, 2010 at 7:39am
I'm thinking of adding a board for the sustainability party, to discuss policy - topics like whaling, carbon taxes etc.

Wouldn't that be the same as environment?

Not really Jaemi, the people who agree on most isues on the environment board, would find things they do, and do not support amongst the Sustainability party policies.

They are more pragmatic environmental positions, than idealistic alone.

I think it could spark interesting issues where I would find myself agreeing with soren and grendel, and not muso and paella, which never happens on the current environment board.

No, it would be the same as fringe.

What is Fringe and what is the purpose of the Politicians Suck forum? Is it for discussion about individual politicians, or are only threads critical of politicians allowed? I'm not exactly clear on Technically Speaking either.

Politicians suck is for partisan chearleaders.

Technically speaking is for anything technical - including economics, science, etc.

I removed the descriptions a while back because people thought it made everything look neater.

All the member run boards are up to the member running them.
