Title: 60 Police arrested over Iraq bombing Post by abu_rashid on Oct 29th, 2009 at 8:49pm Police arrested over Iraq bombing More than 150 people were killed in the attacks Iraq has arrested more than 60 security force members, including 11 senior officers over Sunday's twin suicide bombing in the capital Baghdad. Those arrested include the commanders of 15 checkpoints near to where the attacks took place. The attack in which more than 150 people were killed and 500 injured was the deadliest in Baghdad for two years. Correspondents say the scale of the bombings raised new questions over the competence of Iraqi security forces. The BBC's Gabriel Gatehouse in Baghdad says it is not clear whether those arrested are accused of negligence or collusion. However, he added, it seems to confirm what many people have suspected - that the security forces are susceptible to infiltration by insurgents or are just not up to the job. (Or a third option, which I've always suspected, that the vast majority of these bombings are "false flag" operations, carried out by the Iraqi puppet regime, most likely with help/direction from the CIA and/or Blackwater and other mercenary groups to try and seed hatred and opposition to the insurgency amongst the people. These invaders and their corrupt puppet regimes, in Iraq, Afghanistan and now Pakistan are losing all credibility and support from their people, and so they need to do something to turn the tide, and killing hundreds of civilians at a time seems like a good a way as any, doesn't it?? The number of attacks in all 3 countries that have been carried out by uniformed officers is increasing) Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said in a BBC interview that he wanted the UN to investigate external interference, accusing Syria of providing a safe haven for the bombers, which Damascus has denied. Sunday's co-ordinated attacks near the Baghdad governorate headquarters and the ministry came as Iraqi MPs were in deadlock over the rules governing next January's general election. The Iraqi parliament has until 31 October to break the deadlock, with differences between Arab and Kurdish factions centring on the disputed northern oil city of Kirkuk. Source: BBC |

You both could be right. It seems that the actions of the illegal invaders are just as bad as the actions of the Taliban to some degree. Anyway, my hearts go out to the families of those caught up in this mess.
Sprinty, the point i think Abu is trying to make is that America's hands are very dirty. America's hands are very dirty with terror. There are multiple reports of CIA officials strapping bombs to Iraqi cars. Following the invasion of Afghanistan, MSNBC reported that in November 2001, hundreds of Taliban and Al-Qaeda fighters were rescued from Kunduz and flown out on Pakistani air force cargo planes. This could not have possibly happened without the approval of U.S. forces who had secured the region. Qari Zainuddin, a former Taliban leader who defected to the Pakistani government, alleging that the Taliban were senselessly attacking civilian targets and that they were working with U.S. and Israeli intelligence. A few days after he dropped this bombshell, Zainuddin was shot dead. In Iran, a senior member of the Jundullah terrorist group confessed in an Iranian court case to being trained and financed by the U.S. and Israel. Jundullah is a Sunni Al-Qaeda offshoot organization that was formerly headed by alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. In Basra (Sept. 2005), two British SAS officers were caught dressing up as Arabs (garb + fake beard) and shooting at Iraqi police while driving past in a car full of explosives. After the SAS men were caught in the act and taken to jail, U.S. and British forces launched a rescue operation, blowing up half the prison and allowing inmates to escape. Don't pat yourself on the back for freeing the Iraqis from a tyrannical reign. If they wanted, the Iraqis could have done that themselves. They did not ask us to be their 'saviours'. Even still, they have not gotten rid of the tyrannical regime, it is still there. THey have inserted their own form of tyranny. All the Iraqis see is that now their oppressors have a white face and a flag that looks curiously similar to the British East India Company flag .Americans are now just doing what Saddam did. They are staing inside Saddam's palaces, killing Iraqis and torturing them. America has a reputation for thinking it 'saved' people but instead leaving making a huge mess out small countries. Iraq, Columbia, Afghanistan to name only a few. Nevertheless, the terrorists have no central command anymore and are so dispersed it is hard to tell. |

Why the hell do various Islamic monsters claim responsibility for these outrages then? And if even they are, all of them, in the pockets of the joos and americans all over the world - you'd better pull your head in, they are surely coming after you. Your kind of utter bullsh!t is so easy to refute - if you yourself believed it you'd have packed up your family long ago and fled to the hills. You would obviously not be safe with your strident anti-joo, anti-ametican, anti-west jihad if all strings, even the islamofascist ones, were pilled by the zionists and their American lackeys. But of course you know, we know, that you are talking crap. In bad faith. As usual. You sound like the marxists 50 years ago and the anarchists a 100 years ago. To both of which your whole ummah-mongering delusion is heir. You guys just could not, ever, come up with an idea that is not way out of date. Is there anything in your heads that is not fuelled by resentment? First, Mohammed wanted Judaism for Arabs and made a hash of it when the joos laughed at him. Then came Arab nationalism that gave you Gaddhafi and Saddam and Arafat and Nasser and his successors. Now back to the workers' paradise, I mean ummah, for the downtrodden Musulmans of the moral high ground, the perpetual noble victim whom history destines to triumph in the face of.... zzzzzzzzzzzz. What next? |

They don't. The propaganada artists claim it for them in their name. Have you ever seen an official Talibaan communique that claims responbility for an attack on civilians? Next time you see a claim the Talibaan bombed civilians, note who the claim comes from... Would you expect the Pakistani army to claim anything else??? Come on soren.. as I said, put that thinking cap on. Taliban in Pakistan blame U.S. Blackwater for deadly blast ISLAMABAD Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- Chief of Taliban movement in Pakistan Hakimullah Mehsud has blamed the controversial American private firm Blackwater for the bomb blast in Peshawar which killed 108 people, local news agency NNI reported Thursday. The bomb exploded at a crowded market at Chowk Yadgar on Wednesday, also injured 150 people. Hakimullah Mehsud told media that if Taliban can carry out attacks in Islamabad and target Pakistan army's headquarters, then why they should target general public. He claimed that American security agency Blackwater and Pakistani agencies are involved in attacks in public places to blame the militants. When asked that the people also think that the militants are involved in such attacks, the Taliban leader was quoted as saying, "Our war is against the government and the security forces and not against the people. We are not involved in blasts." Azam Tariq, the Taliban spokesman, who was accompanying Hakimullah, warned that those media organizations could be targeted which are defaming Taliban. Information Minister in Northwest Frontier Province Mian Iftikhar Hussain and the Pakistani army spokesman Major General Athar Abbas had blamed militants for the Peshawar blast, saying that the militants are facing defeat in South Waziristan tribal region and are now targeting the people. And of course you o not need to dig around for the pronouncements of the bearded and moustashoid pinheads. Here we have an example of the ladies partaking in Muslim nuttiness on an equal footing with their gynophobic coreligionists of the male persiuasion.
http://www.silive.com/northshore/index.ssf/2009/10/new_brighton_wife_tried_to_kil.html STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 37-year-old wife from New Brighton tried to slit her husband’s throat as he slept because he was not the devout Muslim she believed she married, and pressured her to eat pork and drink alcohol, authorities allege. |
