What we can question about Islam.
Initially Mohammed thought he was possessed by a Jinn, or evil spirit if you like, when he started hearing voices.
If you go to any mental institution you will find many who make the same claim, it is called schizophrenia.
His wife, knowing the attitudes of the day, convinced him it was actually God talking to him, and that is what he should tell people, so he did.

Now they are on a roll, in the taking of the town they enjoy the odd bit of rape and pillage, and the big Poobah releases his inner sexual predator.
I am the boss, I should be able to have as many women as I want, and so begins the illustrious career as the renowned pants man, who amassed between 11 and 23 wives, PLUS concubines, plus the raping and pillaging.

I didn't think any of the facts behind my slightly satirically worded post, were in question.
If it is the style of my post you find offensive, rather than the content, then I suggest you need to re-appraise your ideas about what is offensive.
For most people, condoning sexual activity between a middle aged man and a child would be the obviously offensive behaviour.

The topic came up from reading the links from bliss's original post about how some muslims never knew about mohammed's historically described, sexual activity, and were shocked when they found out.

Islam is not alone in this, many religions have had terrible deeds done in their name, but we do not wish to see them justified, or excused, especially in the context of a free and evolved society.

Abu, when I raised the issue of mohammed marrying his daughter in law, you said his sons died in infancy, and it was an anti-muslim lie.
