Is this a meteorological Balloon or one of those toy hot air balloons that are so popular in Europe?

Ask the original photographer I guess. He would know for sure. The orange colour could be associated with the fire of a hot air balloon or the sun reflected off a meteorological balloon.

I saw a pair of birds move near the moon. I couldn't identify what type they were but at a guess it was a pair of Blue Tits.
