Title: Farting
Post by deepthought on Mar 13th, 2008 at 8:22pm
I thought this topic deserved its own thread.

Do the commentators here think it is OK to fart in bed despite your loved one's complaints that it smells?

(as moderator of this forum I require everyone to use the word 'fart' at least once in your reply.  If you forget I will add it for you because I am helpful like that)

Yes, that's how I feel.  I will tell my girlfriend you agree with me about farting in bed.  She reckons it's OK as long as there is a light breeze blowing.

The other thing about farting I have thought about is why is it not possible to capture this most entertaining human achievement with a camera?

1/- you cheated..I used the word fart ("fart" added by mod).

2/-maybe you could if the fart ("fart" added by mod) was at all ''' Fluubberistic" .

Has an onamatapeatically pleasing farty ("farty" added by mod) association I do believe.

For farts sake, of course it is alright to fart- whether there is a farting breeze blowing or not. Nature has a way of dealing with the body's disparaging farting comments.

Anyone who farting complains deserves a farting dutch oven- and if they still feel the need to farting whinge, threaten them with a farting cabbage and egg nightcap. That'll farting fix em.

I personally like being in the car with all your loved ones and as the driver you have control to be able to lock all of electric windows. It makes for quite a spectacle for other drivers at the traffic lights

(Was that farting good enough for you DT?)

Farting perfect IQ.

I agree with your sentiments too.  For fart's sake why is farting considered socially unacceptable?  It is farting humorous, it relieves farting abdominal pressure and deaf people can enjoy the results though they don't get to hear the amusing farting sound.

Quote:
One day a lady went into a fishing shop to buy her husband a fishing pole for his birthday.

She picked up a really nice looking pole and asked the salesman how much it was. The sales man says, "I am blind but if you give me the pole I can tell how much it is by the weight."

So the lady gives him the pole and he says, "That pole is worth $45." She was amazed at how cheap that was.

So then she picked up another really nice pole, hands it to the man and he says, "This pole is worth $55." she decided that was also really cheap.

And then she picks the nicest looking pole in the place and handed it to the man and he says, "This pole is our best and it is $70." she told him that she would take it.

As she was getting the fishing pole all rung up, she had to fart really really badly. She decided since the man was blind that it really wouldn't matter if she farted in front of him so she just let it loose.

All of a sudden the man says, "It all comes up to $80."

Confused the lady says to him, "But you said the fishing pole was only $70."

He said, "It is. Its $70 for the fishing pole and $10 for the duck call."

Normal consideration would surely have one curb ones own flatulence at the request of a loved one.
Same as any habit that offends another.

Oh, by the way - fart :-)

Reminds me of the best farting joke I have seen.

At a guys house, one bloke came in with a bottle of milk, opened and mostly empty.
He said to his brother "I think this has gone off, can you smell it please and check?"
"Yes, sure", said the brother, quite confused. he smelt it and recoiled rapidly.
The first guy cracked up laughing, he had farted into the bottle prior to bringing it out !!!

Sophisticated fart gag #294

I call it a fart thread.

I also call it queer that mantra posts to complain.   But I won't stop her.  If she thinks she is the fart fun police then she can throw her farting weight around accordingly.  But she shouldn't be upset if no one takes her farts seriously.  We didn't appoint her to be the boss of the forum so I'm not sure why she thinks she is.

Um freediver?  why are you removing posts without consultation with the moderator?

Have you reneged on the offer of autonomy of the user run boards?

No wonder PA will not agree to be hosted by you - they don't trust you not to interfere and now I understand why.

Title: Re: Farting

I remove posts from here all the time. Like all of luckylucker's posts for example. If you want me to consult you about every one you are welcome to bring up the issue on the feedback board and we'll see if we can come up with a sensible policy. fart

Don't be facetious

Removing a regular posters comments on their whim because they are not intelligent enough to actually read is ridiculous.

Birds of a feather...

PA, being PA has no idea where it will end up.  PA never seems to be too concerned about it, as it survives somehow.  It may very well end up here, but if it does not, your presence DT will likely be a huge factor.

Crap thread, and no fart from me.

Although that is one anyway- which stick to the rules of this thread (take note Mantra and FD  ::)) , you are always excused in any case Aussie as your posts always contain the 'follow through' which beats a fart hands down.

Hello farting Sappho, are you adding stalking to your already comprehensive repertoire of trolling, farting, flaming, farting and bigotted insult?  At least you're versatile.  You now have a method for every situation where you have nofartingthing to add to a forum.  Congratulations.  And welcome back.  As long as you post in your inimitable style once every three months we'll know it's you farting.

Perhaps a few questions will help you understand.

Why are you so agitated by a picture that you need to tell the contributor to bugger off?

Why do you post in a thread just to complain about a post in the thread?

Do you have enough mental strength to ignore pictures you don't find amusing?

Do you go to forums in general and tell them what content you prefer not to have on them?

Do you feel you are better than everyone at determining what should be on forums?

What star sign are you?

I think Aussie is worried that when he beats off now to Chalke and Cheating that he will picture them in Nazi uniforms and it will hamper his arousal.

Don't let it perturb you Aussie- If you think about it hard enough, a LW like yourself should be able to get off quicker thinking about a swastika

I few years back my brother an his wife came over for dinner and i had just moved into an old bungalow that the Doris and I had purchased, the bathroom and toilet were straight off the kitchen. In the middle of dinner I needed a pee so went to the loo and forgot to close the door Im joyfully peeing into the bowl making lots of bubbles then proceeded to have an enormous belch and also farted, When I got back to the dinner table it was totally  silent. The Doris was blushing then the bro cracked up laughing , he reckoned I put on a fine performance, I wife tells me later she has never been so embarrassed,

Is there a correlation between flatulence and stalking , Maybe all that crouching down in the shadows is bad for the digestion
