I think that it is time for the garbage that is the relationship forum was removed from the site. It adds nothing to the political discussion and the moderators obvious bias and ineptitude makes it 'difficult' to post without her either modifying posts to suit herself or deleting them altogether.

I disagree IQ.  The relationships forum is entertaining and varied and Ozpolitics needs a bit of diversity.  Oceans does a very good job as moderator and always comes up with bright,  conversational topics.

It should stay.

I do think that the politics forum is too limited though - it needs to expand a bit, rather than just have only one thread you can see at a time.  All the others seem to get overlooked.

Perhaps Oceans should have her 'delete' privileges revoked until she learns how to use them objectively?

I am happy to broaden the topics open for discussion on this forum. That's also why I added the chat board and the gardening section of the main site. Just don't go there if you don't like it. If you like, you can 'collapse' the user run boards area.

Due to her biased moderating I see not much point going there.

Her forum seems fine to me. IQRSLOW I can think of a few interpretations of your name, none flattering. What does it mean?

I see no attacks in my posting.
This is not the first time she has deleted a posting purely because it was against her ideals.

There is no reason whatsoever for me to post where my thoughts are going to be indiscriminitely deleted at some individuals whim.

You have a look at her postings. As long as someone agrees with her, they are fine.
If they disagree they are attacked. If they stay their course, she will delete.

Best it is to remove it then. Sprint is probably the most agreeable person on political forums where Mel/Oceans happens to be the person who causes most conflict.

There is only one common denominator in all the equations, and that is Mel/Oceans- why would that be??

It is her that is the cause of most problems and she conflicts with everybody who is not another made up persona from herself. She should just do everybody a favour and perfect suicide
