I am going on this.

Not cause I am fat. I am actually very fit.

I am doing it to cleanse my body.

I just ordered one off the internet.

Does it also use salt and olive oil?

You should check with your GP before doing odd things like this. Most should at least do no harm, but it's better safe than sorry. You can find some very bad advice online.

Lemon detox and the whole concept of detoxing is total BS.

Yeah I have to agree with gordon there. Detoxing is BS. However lemon is alkaline so it is good for you and may help with digestion. Who knows. Your liver cleanses your system though.

Just re-watching Band of Brothers, and one of the guys offers another a powdered lemon snow cone at Bastogne, Christmas Day.... lemon powder and snow in a cup.... I'm glad I'm not in Bastogne....

There are some cool old threads. Aussie thinks this is evidence of some kind of sock or conspiracy.

The only bit of science that supports a detox is when it involves fasting, which has positive effects on blood glucose levels and possibly telomere repair.
