Good god... you're actually being honest. Fair enough... I have my doubts about the swans this Saturday against our bogey team, Collingwood. Oh well... third times a charm. Hopefully the eagles and swans can meet again in the grannie this year. |

As usual DT, West Coast will let theyre footy do the talking.
Sour grapes was never my thing. Results is all that counts. |

Sour grapes were never your thing becasue you've never experienced it. How would you feel if the eagles were beaten and you found out they were on ice? Pretty much the same as me I guess. Either that or you don't really care that much about football. |

Title: Re: Ladder Post by oceansblue on Sep 5th, 2007 at 8:31pm Quote:
experienced what? All the teams in the AFL are touched by drugs = Believe it!! If you think otherwise your a moron. As for the Eagles being on ice- thats a lie and you know it. Drug testing is at its most stringent before, during and after a Grandfinal. Put a bandaid on that flesh wound , the one where you just shot yourself in the foot. OUCH!!!! as for caring about football- only a dick would allow football rule his life to that extent ie: where he allows a match a year out from its completion,to continue to allow you to get mad at me about it...Im a spectator like you , how is it my fault??? Not worth losing sleep over DT thats for sure. Or is it that you cant control what I think thats causing you to abuse me? |

All I can say to that is.. innocent until proven guilty. And believe me... your team has been proven guilty (Aka. Kerr and Cousins) and mine hasn't. So tough titties. Quote:
No, it's not a lie. Cousins and Kerr were both addicts and should have been suspended for life. I'm really not convinced by anything eagle supporters like you have said about them in their defense. I guess I never will be. I will never respect your team until your current list of players have all retired. Quote:
Even during all of last season? I'm seriously not buying this 'it's been at its best.' If Ben Cousins and Kerr can get away with it for so long... then there's something seriously fishy going on. Quote:
Oh yeah... I let it rule my life. ::) I'm such a 'dick' and a 'moron' aren't I? I just lie awake at night thinking about Cousins and Kerr... thinking about how much it effects my life. Yeah.. that's fairly accurate. Quote:
It's becasue your so damn bias about the topic. That's why. |

Yeah right and your not? And this Quote:
So you acknowledge there is drugs in all areas of the AFL and of course in your own team. So all your interested in is the continued small minded sour grapes and bashings that all you gigolos on the Eastern Seaboard are so good at Truth means very little.!! Not happy unless your dishing it up on someone. Very small minded DT. |

Cousins injury “looks severe”
1:22 AM Sat 8 September, 2007 | Back Fri, Sep 07, 07Port Adelaide v West Coast: as it happened Fri, Sep 07, 07Loss 'no blow' to Eagles' flag defence Fri, Sep 07, 07 WEST Coast’s tilt at back-to-back flags appeared to suffer a fatal blow on Friday night when star on-baller Ben Cousins fell to the AAMI Stadium turf clutching his left hamstring. With Daniel Kerr still unavailable as he recovers from finger surgery, Chris Judd limping around on one leg and now Cousins cut down, the Eagles’ all-conquering on-ball brigade is in tatters. John Worsfold wasn’t about to throw in the towel after the three-point loss to Port Adelaide, but he agreed Cousins’ injury didn’t look good at first glance. “It looked pretty severe,” Worsfold said. “[But the doctors] haven’t said anything yet. I don’t know, but I saw what you saw and it looked pretty severe. He might be right in two or three weeks, he may not be.” Worsfold was unsure to what extent losing Cousins in the third term affected the outcome of the match, and while he sympathised with the 29-year-old’s plight, his focus remained on the team as a whole. “I feel for any player, you know we’ve got other players who aren’t available at the moment,” Worsfold said. “I often say that injuries are a part of this great competition that we play in, [but] we stay focused on the opportunities that are ahead of us. Ben won’t a part of that over the next week or two or three, but our club is and that’s what’s exciting for us.” Worsfold laughed off suggestions that Cousins had been considering retirement. “I think there’s absolutely no doubt that he can be a dominant player in the competition again next year,” he said. Judd, meanwhile, cut a forlorn figure on the bench late in the game with his troublesome groin restricting his output to 12 possessions and two goals – both coming in a burst at the start of the second half. “I was pretty happy and we will leave it up to Chris,” Worsfold said of the performance and the likelihood of Judd playing next week. “It all depends on how he pulls up and how he recovers during the week before that decision’s made. “When we get to the point where he doesn’t think he can make a contribution to the side [he’ll say so]. “A couple of goals from sitting deep forward, is that a good contribution? Well, that’s for us to have a look at, but really it will depend on how he feels.” |

So all your interested in is the continued small minded sour grapes and bashings that all you gigolos on the Eastern Seaboard are so good at Truth means very little.!! Not happy unless your dishing it up on someone. Very small minded DT.[/quote] No, I'm not bias. IF (Strong emphasis on 'if') I found out there were drug takers in my team... I'd want them banned for life... even if it was a pretty good player like Goodes or Bolton. It's cheating... and they should be banned. Or, at the very least... their reputations would be tarnished in my eyes and I'd never look at them the same way again. They'd be forever known as the 'cheats' or the 'druggies.' Now, Kerr and Cousins are PROVEN (Yes, proven) drug cheats. Were they banned? No. Are they remorseful? No. Despite these facts... West Coke fans (Most, not all) like yourself worship these players like national heros... even moreso when you found out they were taking drugs. And I suspect your doing it out of defiance or something against people who are complaining about it. Or moreso you think there's some kind of conspriracy and your arrogant enough to bleive that everyones doing it to bring down the eagles.. "becasue otherwise... they'd be an unstoppable team." Fact is... almost everyone not a West Coast supporter is disgusted by the fact that these two are still playing. At the very least at the lack of remorse they have and the smirks Ben Cousins gives people when they bring it up. It's not becasue 'we're jealous' it's becasue Cousins and Kerr cheated... they show no remorse... and they've seemed to have gotten away with it. I'm just glad that justice has been done... as does every other unbias football fan out there. |

hahahah Quote:
yeah suurree!! ;) Quote:
How do you know how they feel? You are not privvy to their life just their public life- get a grip!! Quote:
Bullsh it!! How dare you make assumptions about what I think and what my values are --YOU dont know me DT. I defend Cousins because you are so scathing and one eyed..I dont like to see anyone persecuted by wankers who know nothing about them except a few biased articles in YOUR local rag--I defend ANYONE who continually gets the boot put into them and that would include you- its just the way I am. I have nothing against Cousins and I have been following WC for about 15 yrs- long before Cousins was a "hero" as you put it. Quote:
Got that right- get a life. Quote:
Got that right too and its the truth the Esatern staes cant stand the fact that a team not in their elist little group have the success that they do. They will say and do anything to discredit them Both Judd and Cousins are Brownlow medallists-!!!! Quote:
Another generalised throw away line based in your own predjudice. Quote:
Could be he is sick to f..k ing death of it?? ya think!!?? Like hes not human or something and the whole of freaking Australia is PERFECT!!!??? Are YOU perfect? These guys are not Hollywood stars they are footy players, they get paid for doing a job. They didnt ask for role model status. That is foisted upon them. Most schools are rife with drugs, so you tell me where the innocent little kiddies are that one or 2 guys who have a drug problem, tell me how they going to ruin the life of kids who sit and watch horrendous crime and sexual content on TV all depicting drug use, prostitution, rape, murder . Playstation games that depict women as whores and sexual playthings, how to drive at horific speed, kill themselves and everyone on the road.. Some of your own content posted on this forum is very suspect if we want to get into corruption/right/wrong and fallen morals .If your going to continue on your campaign of one eyed villification of Cousins youll have to explain to me how in the scheme of things he is even making any impact at all considering what kids today have thrown at them. You dont think kids come in here and look around at what is posted? Think again. Get things into perspective. Quote:
well I think you are jealous or we , you and your duboius sidekicks Sprint and AN, who dont even have a team, are buying into this to support your fragile ego against a lone female - MWAH!! how scary can I be? And even if you are not jealous, and I will for a tic give you the benefit of the doubt( *choke*). Who cares if theres is "no remorse" on show to gratify your judgemental ego???.. what do they owe you hey? NOTHING!! they dont have to appease you and ask for your forgiveness.Who are YOU to Ben Cousins? Noone. Its not like you dont have fault or things to apologise for in your life is there? Quote:
Justice--?? Thats weird to even say that --how is a self inflicted hamstring injury any kind of justice DT-?-He wasnt punished by the tribunal or banned for life. Your sad and jealous. Ever seen Cousins take anything laying down.?? Guess who will be Premiers next year 2008..THE WEST COAST EAGLES. And if it hadnt been for Cousins hamstring injury it could well have been back to back this year. Kerr and Judd will be back on board next year as well as Cousins.--- look out!!! Sorry the Swans are so lacking for you this yr Donald..more sadness for you. :D I support my team thru good and bad times- they give everything they have to their sport and would be the one team in the AFL that does. Hard work pays off and yes the "tall poppy syndrome" will always see someone ready to knock them down, thats the real shame of all this... |

Might pay if we are responsible for our own part in the moral betterment of society and worry less of others.
Post with that in mind. |
