I can't get the old gallery to work any more. So I added a new one. I have successfully uploaded some pictures. There will no doubt be a few bugs to iron out, so report any problems here. The new album should be integrated into the forum, so your forum login should work with the album.

There is a problem with creating folders, which I am in the process of fixing. If you want to upload a large collection of pictures you can email me and I can do it another way. When you create an album, use the same or similar name in the two fields, "Directory (filesystem) name:" and "Enter your new title", but put a minus sign "-" instead of any spaces in the first one.

Note: you may not be able to upload photos at the moment, I am still in the process of debugging it.

OK it seems to be working smoothly now. Could some of you please have a go at uploading photos for me? It should automatically create a folder with the same name as your login name and put the photos in there. You should be able to create subfolders also, and move photos around.

Excuse mwah for being thick but what is the gallery for? Are you going to stop us being able to post pics into our posts?

No. I just think it would be a more convenient way to upload pictures, especially if you have a lot of them. You will also be able to share pictures with other members more easily because you won't have to check a heap of threads for a piucture that someone posted. It also allows you to include multiple pictures in the one post.
