Homeless World Cup players go missing
http://www.smh.com.au/news/World/Homeless-World-Cup-players-go-missing/2007/08/15/1186857544443.html Eight more African players who participated in the soccer world cup for homeless people have gone missing in Denmark, bringing the total number of players who failed to leave the country after the tournament to 23, police said. Fourteen Africans and one Afghan citizen were previously recorded as missing after the July 29-August 4 street tournament in Copenhagen. The players' entry visas expired on August 5. |

2024 Homeless World Cup was an event held from September 21, 2024 to September 28, 2024 in Seoul, South Korea.
Next The Homeless World Cup Foundation confirmed on Thursday 10th October – World Homeless Day that the Oslo 2025 Homeless World Cup will take place on Saturday 23rd August – Saturday 30th August, 2025. |
