Of course, to be answered by men.

As with your reciprocal question, you've got to play the hand you are dealt.

Hi John Holmes,
Big of you to come here :-)

Not what she has, what she might DO, to attract your attention.

Suppose you were shopping at woolworths, what might a woman DO, that would make you "warm" to her ?

Something realistic and possible.

Interesting tricks with fruit and veg always go down well.

freediver, maybe so, but not overly appropriate in a supermaket

For me, just a smile is nice.
A pat on the buns goes a long way too

Not appropriate? A woman who knows how to pick a ripe watermelonm is always impressive. Then again, asking for advice is a better way to start a conversation. Garbbing a stranger's arse in the supermarket is a bit extreme.

It is a bit extreme , and a woman who did this, the butt thingy, would be joking anyway ;)

Oceans - as well she might be, however it would be a good way for a woman to attract me.

freediver - not an "arse grab". Just a "testing the ripeness pat."

Picking ripe melons is hard to do, I agree

Hi rudolph,
Similarily to John Holmes, you are tending toward what a woman HAS, not what she might DO. ie, an action.

This is probably insultive to any woman reading and divisive between men and women.

We're brothers.    That's probably why we think alike.

I understand what you say, it's more an action.   Not their appearance.

Turn up at your place naked carrying beer?

Title: Quarter of girls 'want plastic surgery'
Post by freediver on Aug 13th, 2007 at 10:08am
http://www.smh.com.au/news/National/Quarter-of-girls-want-plastic-surgery/2007/08/13/1186857380582.html

A quarter of teenage girls in Australia say they would get plastic surgery if they could, and two per cent have already gone under the knife, a survey has revealed.

"That's 80 girls in the 4,000 questioned who had had some kind of procedure, and that's concerning," said Dr O'Dea, who speculated that these would most likely be "boob jobs".

"I think the whole trend towards plastic surgery is very worrying because there's a big myth that it can actually build true self esteem.

She said many of these girls would carry their worrying self-image issues into adulthood and would instil these same messages in their own children.

"That is why more needs to be done to try to break this cycle," Dr O'Dea said.

The trend toward surgery in the last few years is worrying FD... but I think its going to be around for quite a while.

Esp since men are so visually driven and foccussed on body parts as a pre requiiste to wether or not they see woman as potential partners.

There is a supply and demand going on ..men want..women supply. simple.

women want plastic surgery for their own vanity.
women should accept responsibility for their own actions.

women want everything and to accept no responsibility themselves, esp when they can get fully funded by and shovel the responsibility off onto men.
Simple

eg, the fashion "industry" uses anorexic girls to sell clothes to women. girls are happy to model (get paid to walk) themselves as a role model to other women.
Who lap it up and drink coffee, smoke and take drugs.
Who gets the blame for anorexia ? men !!!!!!!!

a sweeping statement and research  over many years / life experience would suggest otherwise..

6 of one half a dozen of the other.

'Boob job' competition outrages experts

http://www.smh.com.au/news/National/Boob-job-competition-outrages-experts/2007/08/13/1186857409148.html

A men's magazine has outraged women's health specialists by urging men to "win" their girlfriend a boob job by sending in shots of her cleavage.

Zoo Weekly magazine has launched an online competition offering $10,000 breast implants as a prize to the girl "who deserves it most".

"One lucky Zoo reader will be able to give his girlfriend the ultimate present," magazine editor Paul Merrill said in a statement.

"It's impossible to think of a more romantic gift than new breasts.

"It's the gift that keeps on giving."

"What would we think if a women's magazine ran a lottery for a penis enlargement and asked women to volunteer their boyfriends?"

He said any surgeon who agreed to carry out the operation may be in breach of medical ethics and even the law.

Meanwhile, sexuality researcher Dr Julie Mooney-Somers, of the University of NSW, said she was concerned men would volunteer women without their knowledge.

A men's magazine in hot water over its "boob job" contest is now being investigated for posting shots of topless women on an unrestricted website.

The federal government has reported Zoo Weekly to the media authority for displaying raunchy photos of women entering its controversial competition to win a $10,000 breast enlargement.

Yes your timing was very welltimed FD.

I think your last 2 pastes are ample evidence that the male population "forces" women to self mutiliate in order they stay competive in a world where only beautiful people rate a mention/look...

The beautiful ppl are everywhere beamed inot our homes/mags/online.

self multilation being the operative term there.

women do it to themselves.
Don't blame us men for what you do to yourselves.

The fact this is the first time any such comp where a guy wants his wife to have plastic surgery shows the rarity of it.

women are greedy enough to pose nude for anything from cars to bread. then vain enough to get plastic surgery for themselves, then irresponsible enough to "blame" men fro their own operations.

Sprintcyclist has a point though Oceans.  You'd have to be crazy to have unnecessary surgery because you think you'll look better - especially for a man.

A woman would have to feel inadequate to subject herself to that - and lying if she says she's done it for a male.

Look at some of the disasters resulting from plastic surgery - so many people are worse off afterwards.

there is an underlying reason for the surgery .. which Im sure the reason is not lost on anyone who wants to round out the arguement a bit.

And Im sure the way things are going here Ill be forced to do just that soon.

Its a shame that if sprint wants to get his point across he should find less inflammatory ways to do so. I dont respond well to grown men throwing tantrums.

Sorry Oceans - I really didn't notice that Sprintcyclist was being personal - I thought he was just generalising.

All women want changes to different parts of their body, but most of us just think about it.  The agony and risk they have to put themselves through probably does indicate that they don't feel good about themselves, but obviously if they go ahead with it, it should just be for them.

I had a friend years ago with a very big nose.  She was quite attractive in a Barbara Streisand sort of way, but at 18 she went in for a nose job.  A few months later it collapsed on her - so she went back again.  She came out with a "snout" which looked awful and changed her looks completely.

She was confident before the operation - but afterwards lost it all.

I can understand surgery for necessary reasons like a breast reduction or plastic surgery to cover bad scarring - but to change your facial & body features for the sake of vanity is hard to understand.

the liposuctions I've seen on tv make my stomach turn.

something wrong psychologically with anyone who would do that sort of thing to themselves.. Something that the surgery itself will not fix. As has been shown by psych. studies overseas.

bad luck for your friend mantra.

If a woman wanted me to get 2 inches added to my wizzer for her pleasure - no way.
Shes not interested in me. I would leave her asap.
Anyway, if 9 inches is not enough, another few won't make any difference.

Well Im not sure about the size thing..all women are different...

I think some prefer a good size others go for  more  for "connectedness"..

Maybe some other females can add theyre thoughts. Im more on the connectedness side.
