Proposed guidelines for the Connoisseurs Compliments Competition.

Anyone can nominate someone to be the recipient of Compliments. (Can't nominate yourself)

All compliments posted within 5 days and judged by peers after the 5 days.

Winning complimenter gets to nominate the next Recipient
